Despite some people (Vicky, you know who I mean) liking cauliflower with every meal, I have grown a little adverse to it since its almost permanent appearance in our veg box. Nigella suggests dusting with cumin and dry roasting on high heat until slightly charred. That works but I would add a little oil, perhaps some garlic and a squeeze of lemon. Ta da!!
