Although Mark has loads of
interests - ranging from the unmentionable to the unimaginable - he has
decided that he might start with a few enduring interests on this page.
More may follow...depending on the size of his ego. |

The great outdoors. Whether it
is freezing his bits off mid-winter in a water-logged trench on windswept
Dartmoor, half-way up a
mountain or jumping at shadows in the woods whilst whittling sticks then
Mark loves it. Bushcraft
is a major
interest
and a life
statement. |

Call him cork-dork,
professional taster or just plain alcoholic. This is the return of Mark's
once famous 'On the Grapevine' newsletter that went out to several
thousand people weekly. Now more of a discussion group and blog. Former
Senior Wine Judge on the International Wine Challenge, Panel Taster for
Wine Magazine, Columnist for Fine Wines, Collecting, Investing and
Auctions for Wine International thinks he knows a thing or two about the
juice. At the height of his inebriation he was tasting around 7,000 wines
a year. Wine Educator and Wine Entertainer Mark advises Wine Merchants,
Wine Producers and gives talks to anyone who he thinks will listen to him.
He also writes a bi-monthly column for Devon and Cornwall Food Magazine.
Weddings and barmitzvers catered for! |

Bit nifty with a camera. Mark used to have loads of cameras (hassleblads, bronicas,
mamiyas, nikons, canons, rolliflexes) and
has a considerable
photo-library.
There was something about spending long evenings at college in a darkened
room developing cibachrome for young ladies that must have done it! In
here you will find a collection of photographic art. Which consequently
can be made into very limited edition prints...for a price. |
