Just to let you know that I will be standing in for Marc Millon (food and wine writer extraordinaire) whilst he undertakes family duties over the Christmas period. Vino, as you might know has an excellent little cellar in Topsham that sells interesting Italian wines (and some superb Champagne and English Wines as well), directly imported by Marc from long-standing family friends and contacts he has in Italy. Many of the wines are interesting and excellent. So if you wish to pop by and say hi, taste some of the wines, pick up a bottle or a case then Vino will be open (if I get my act together) between 10.30-1pm on 16th and 23rd December. If you want to talk to Geoff Bowen of Pebblebed Vineyard and taste his excellent Devon wines then he will be there as well!
